No Refund Policy

Please be advised that TebaCare operates under a strict no refunds policy for all services provided. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to this policy. This policy is in place to ensure the highest level of commitment from our team and to uphold the quality of care and resources allocated for each scheduled visit.

Appointment Cancellations and Changes

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and allocate our resources to serve other patients in need.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability. There will be no additional charge for rescheduling your appointment within the provided notice period.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment within the specified notice period, we appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Please note that while we do not offer refunds, your understanding allows us to better serve our patient community.

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments without prior notice are subject to the fifty dollars ($50) charge instead of the scheduled service. This policy reflects the cost of the reserved time slot and the resources allocated for your visit.

Exceptions

Rare exceptions are possible for severe personal and family emergencies such as death, birth, car accident or hospitalization. If you believe you may qualify for missed appointment fee reimbursement please write a formal email to billing@tebacare.com and attach supporting documents you have.
